Pretty sure those fuel trucks are never running again... Note the "running water" setup, with the big black tank up on the tower. They'll have a gasoline pump that pushes water into the tank, then gravity-feed the water into some plumbing setup. Probably for those tin sheds off behind the trucks - it may be some kind of hotel.
