This is the Safari Lodge we stayed at. One of the practices there is to produce a "demo" of each of the bar specials. This was one of three such specials. The flies clearly loved the practice. Incidentally, the price of this drink is listed there as 1,100 Kenyan Sheckles. That works out to about $8, or 3 days salary for a school teacher.
